LCC has asked EDC for an extension in the consultation period to January 2027 to allow the community sufficient time to review the revised plans and provide comments. We have done this as a substantial number of documents have been resubmitted, it is not easy to identify the changes and there is no document providing an overview of the changes. We are also concerned that the wider community may not be aware of the amended application and we are keen that sufficient time is allowed for the news to be disseminated through the community. We await a response from EDC.
